The expansion of the plant represents much more than a simple structural intervention: it is a strategic choice, a concrete investment in the company's future and its ability to grow, innovate, and respond to market needs.

In recent years, this path has led to significant expansion of production space. The expansion project, launched in 2024 and expected to continue through 2025, has added approximately 1,000 square meters to the existing facility, bringing the total area to 5,000 square meters. This important milestone marks a turning point in organization and operational efficiency.

One of the most significant interventions involved the assembly area, which was completely redesigned to improve workflow. The space was expanded and divided into two distinct sections: one dedicated to the assembly of special products and the other reserved for standard products. This new organization allows for more organized and functional management of activities, increasing precision and reducing lead times.

At the same time, a significant expansion of the machinery fleet was initiated. New investments in technology and equipment are planned for delivery in 2026, with the aim of further enhancing production capacity and improving the quality of work.

It is important to note that an intervention of this magnitude has inevitably led to some operational difficulties. The expansion and reorganization work has temporarily slowed down operations. However, this is a natural progression when facing such significant changes.

Our focus, however, is on the future. All these operations lay the foundation for solid and lasting growth. The benefits, in terms of efficiency, quality, and competitiveness, will manifest over time, consolidating the company's position and opening up new development opportunities.

Ultimately, the expansion of the plant is not just a physical expansion, but the symbol of an ambitious and forward-looking vision. A decisive step toward a future of innovation, organization, and continuous improvement.
